The salesmen were very helpful and didn't act like every other dealership, where they would say things to make you think you needed this or that car. They were honest and worked with you. Saying that the finance department wefe very sneaky to add in options I was not told about or aware were going to be added. Luckily I was able to cancel the add-ons ans get my money back. So I would recommend everything but the finance department. More

David Hoover was excellent. He went above and beyond in helping us get the car we fell in love with. We actually went for another model but when we learned about the mire expensive model, he helped us thro helping us get the car we fell in love with. If not for David, we would not have purchased this car. his support and help went a long way toward helping us decide on the better car. We never felt pressured, just supported. We went for an electric Kia and bought an electric Volkswagon, the 1st ID.4. David Hoover walked us over to Volkswagon, showed us the car and then we did a test drive with him. Then he told us a more loaded version was inside so we bought that one. As he completed the paperwork, 2 other sales reps were near by. In this whole process we learned this is the first one sold so it was all new to everyone. Thank you David! More
