Every time we come in we are met with the best customer service and the warmest people. They always do a good job to get us in and out in a timely manner and our car always comes back cleaner than how we d service and the warmest people. When I walked in, the services representative was very helpful and treated my car as if it was his own. The service mechanics also went above and beyond to address my problem with the vehicle. I want to n helpful and treated my car as if it was his own. The service mechanics also went above and beyond to address my problem with the vehicle. I want to note that I was a random walk-in customer with a sensitive car issue. Despite their busy schedule, they accommodated my situation and treated me like a valued customer. If I was not traveling and lived locally, I would bring my car to them all the time. Thank you again and I really appreciate your care. More

Amazing people, clean environment, friendly caring staff, 5star service was given to me soon as arrived. I was greeted and asked if I had been helped. Midtown Kia has great people working in their service department. Someone always steps up to assist me before I've even stopped my vehicle and my recent visit was no exception.
