I rarely do a negative review , but this place is tricking the system. There is no way they could have won all the awards they have (81,000,000 votes story if you know what I mean). This place should not be certifying a bathroom cleanliness card on a bathroom door, let alone a Beamer, Benz or McLaren. Don't even waste your time going here because nothing they will tell you is truthful. Also, they tried to overcharge us for it being inspected and Certified (but it was not) and they buy the lowest quality cars at dirt prices, re-list them at low prices and wait for the suckers to come into a "certified dealer" that "won't negotiate their price because we only offer certified cars", but it is all a lying, hope we don't get caught, shell game. Best thing to do with this company is to never do anything with this company (two locations, one is bad, the other is worse. I recommend you don't pick a Posion. More

Who Does That. ...??? Andy, Sara, Dino, Maggi and Andrea are what I call "The Dream Team". They treated me like "Family "... before, during and after I purchased a ...??? Andy, Sara, Dino, Maggi and Andrea are what I call "The Dream Team". They treated me like "Family "... before, during and after I purchased a 2020 Mercedes Benz S560 online. I've already complimented Andy on his outstanding Customer Service, but now I have to give a shout out to Maggie...I call her... Marvelous Maggi...and here's why. My car arrived to Florida with a couple of razor cuts in the rear seat (probably an accident made by the window tint tech) nonetheless Maggi without hesitation, searched for a replacement cover but there weren't any located stateside...guess what she did...she ordered me one from Germany... Now... Who Does That..??? I'll tell you who...Marvelous Maggi at CBB (she's Magnificent:)...That's Who Does That!!! Andrea also replied promptly to my request for additional documentation and this is why I feel they should be rated the #1 auto dealership in the USA!!!. Do you know any other dealership that would go above and beyond to satisfy a customer and provide this kind of Customer Service??? My first online auto purchase has been phenomenal because of the Dream Team at CBB. Hats off to you Jack Schneider!!!
