It is clear that our team made a number of mistakes in the handling of your matter. First, we sold you the wrong key protection plan but we are glad that we could get you a full refund. Second, the vent issues should have been included on a We Owe which would have prevented some of the delays with the Service Department. Again, we are glad that we were eventually able to take care of the issue and that you appreciated the use of our concierge service. Third, when you reached out to me, I was out of the country and was expected that my General Sales Manager would timely communicate with you as to the issues raised. This did not happen and we apologized for any inconvenience that this may have caused. I am glad that you appreciated our call as well as CBB's attempt to try to make this right. We are hopeful that you would consider giving CBB another chance to provide you with the 5 Star customer service that you deserve. Dear 94044realtor: We are glad to hear that on-line purchase and follow-up by the Product Specialist was great and that you considered that portion of your experience to be 5 Stars. We understand that the issue of sending you the soft top for the Bronco was delayed and the communication about the delay in transporting it to you was lacking. We previously apologized for the delay but are glad that we were able to get the soft top delivered to you to your satisfaction. As we tried to previously explain to you, the prior seller failed to deliver the soft top to your vehicle. When we reached out to the prior seller, we were informed that he was away on a cruise. Once we were able to get the soft top from the seller, the delay was further complicated by the transport company that we hired to deliver it directly to you. We could have shipped the item by UPS but decided to have it transported to get it to you quicker. That decision, ultimately, was the wrong one as it turns out that the transport company woefully failed to timely deliver it to you and then claims that it could not reach you by phone. After we followed up with them to complain about the delay, they elected to ship the item to you instead of transporting it. Needless to say, CBB has terminated all relations with that transport company. All of that being said, in hindsight, CBB should have been diligent in its communications with the transport company as well as with you. As the owner of CBB, I sincerely apologize that our follow-thru on this was not up to our standard and are saddened that this ruined your experience. Great dealership, great people and great service. If you’re buying a used car you should start here and you won’t be disappointed. David and James are exceptionally helpful on the sales end and financing was quick and easy with Sara. I’ve purchased two Mercedes from them and will certainly use them in the future. I also have sold them two cars and they gave me a better price than any other dealership. If I could give more stars I would.
