An awesome experience! From the first time my husband and I stepped into the Boucher dealership we never felt pressure. Charlie West was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. My husband and I knew a new car purchase was necessary. We explained to Charlie this was our first stop of a few others for test drives, and as I stated before no pressure was felt. We did purchase a 2020 Hyundai Kona. The car fits all my expectations. I would send anyone of my friends or family members to Boucher Hyundai of Janesville. Thank you Charlie! More

Really different from most car dealerships. Along with working with u on price without a lot of haggling, in fact no real haggle at all, Dave made an offer right away. More

They went above and beyond to find the vehicle we wanted This is the second vehicle we have gotten through this dealer. Very friendly and cooperative. They went above and beyond to find the vehicle we wanted. The entire process took about a week, we were continuously informed step by step as to what was happening. The deal was right what we wanted with some added sweeteners. We will recommend this dealer and in particular Reily West and Dave Johnson to everyone. While the service department was not involved in this instance, over the past few years we have had an equally satisfying experience with service.
