Great dealship to work with! We met David Jurgensen at Great dealship to work with! We met David Jurgensen at the Philadelphia Car Show in January and initially talked about purchasing an XC-60 through Great dealship to work with! We met David Jurgensen at the Philadelphia Car Show in January and initially talked about purchasing an XC-60 through the international program. Met with David again in March and finally settled on purchasing the XC-60 through USAA (Keystone is a USAA dealer) since we didn't really need to make a trip to Sweden. Our second car was starting to hit the point of no return, so on the same day that we purchased the XC-60, we also purchased a used vehicle from the dealership (a Lexus). One week later, our daughter decided to purchase a 2009 S60 from Keystone, so David ended up selling three vehicles in 8 days to our family! And I would do it again! More

I have taken my Volvo to the Berwyn dealership since I moved to Pa. from NJ, and the service has always been excellent. When my older Volvo developed a problem that was cost prohibitive for me to fix, Dav moved to Pa. from NJ, and the service has always been excellent. When my older Volvo developed a problem that was cost prohibitive for me to fix, Dave Jurgensen was there to discuss my options, give me a good deal on my old Volvo and place me in a new leased Volvo. The process was painless! He took the time to discuss my options, listened to what I had to say and worked with me to get a deal I was happy with. The service department as well as the sales department at this dealership are great and I would highly recommend them! More

Secondly, Keystone Volvo treats the customers like family. They've always been helpful, fair and gone way out of their way to make your feel comfortable and well taken care of. They have free breakfast, generous use of loaner cars and you get the sense that they would do anything for you, going beyond what any other dealership has ever done to make sure you feel taken care of. I've been buying and having cars serviced there for twenty years. They have become trusted friends. Can't imagine going anywhere else after all this time and consistently good experiences. You know the stereotype of the car salesman etc...they shatter all that with their kindness, fairness and willingness to help under all circumstances. For me at this point, there really is no other option in this really important area. More

My wife bought her Volvo first from Dave in 2002, and in 2008, I bought my Volvo. From the minute that we began our relationship with Keystone, they have been amazing; extraordinarily responsive, honest, fr 2008, I bought my Volvo. From the minute that we began our relationship with Keystone, they have been amazing; extraordinarily responsive, honest, friendly, helpful, and a general pleasure to deal with. We have both said that there is no question that our next cars will each be Volvos bought at Keystone. The service department could not be better. Larry and Steve and the technicians make the entire service experience a positive one. We particularly appreciate the way that everything that has to be done is explained to us, cost estimates are given, and we are given an honest evaluation and recommendation of what to do and when. When we talk to other friends, who bought their cars elsewhere, and we hear their many complaints, we always tell them how happy we are with Keystone, and that they should buy their next car there. More

When I had my accident in Maryland on Nov 28th, I called Dave Jurgensen to let him know about it.The advice he gave me helped me make the decision to have my Volvo shipped back to Keystone Collision instead Dave Jurgensen to let him know about it.The advice he gave me helped me make the decision to have my Volvo shipped back to Keystone Collision instead of having it worked on in Maryland, while my daughter and I continued our trip to Mayport Florida to see my son's ship come into port after his first deployment. I trusted David's judgement and I am glad I did. When we got home last week, I drove down to the collision center and spoke with Al Barnabei about what needs to be done to bring my baby, oops... I mean my Volvo back to life. My daughter and I went to Sweden to get the car and I am very fond of it. Al reassured me that it can and will be fixed to brand new. He explained what will happen when the parts come in and the damage is reassessed. Al even took me to see a Volvo S60 that was worked on and restored. I was impressed with their work and I think that I can trust them. Al didn't make me feel like a silly woman who loved my Volvo. Whenever I can, I recommend Volvo and Keystone in Berwyn, who was recommended to me by Marco Motors Volvo repair shop near Collegeville, Pa. Thank you for making a great car. More

I purchased my vehicle from Keystone Motors in Berwyn in 2010. My sales rep was David Jurgensen and he was a pleasure to work with. Since my purchase, I have continued to bring my car back to the dealership to be serviced. Each time I come, everyone in the service department is friendly and accomodating. They answer any questions I may have and keep me update on how the service is progressing. They are timely in delivering my car back to me. More
