We worked with David Jurgensen to purchase a new Volvo S60 through the OSD (Oversea's Delivery Program), and could not be more thrilled with our car, or the experience! From the moment we stepped into S60 through the OSD (Oversea's Delivery Program), and could not be more thrilled with our car, or the experience! From the moment we stepped into the Berwyn location, David was friendly, professional, thorough and wonderful to deal with. His years of expertise with the Overseas Delivery Program ensured that no detail was left out and we new exactly what to expect before leaving for our trip. David was even so kind to share sightseeing and restuarunt recommendations with us prior to our departure. The trip to Gothenburg was unlike anything we could have imagined, and our car was the icing on the cake! Everyone we interacted with from Volvo both overseas, and particularly at the Berwyn location has been the utmost professional. We are so happy with our car, and the entire experience! We have told just about everyone we know about our choice to work with Keystone Volvo and take advantage of the OSD program. More

David was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of the options, the features and the operation of the Volvo was outstanding. I have purchased several Volvos in the past, but I began my search for a replacement to my Volvo by looking at other makers, Honda, Acura being just a few. Although I have always trusted my Volvos, I felt my search for a replacement to my Volvo by looking at other makers, Honda, Acura being just a few. Although I have always trusted my Volvos, I felt that replacement parts were just becoming too steep. After several visits to these other carmakers, totaling many hours, I drifted back to Keystone Volvo to look at their used cars. Despite a busy showroom, Dave Jurgenson remembered me as if I had just been in last week and promptly showed me all the models I was initially considering, giving me solid information on each. I test drove many cars and through it all, I never felt "pushed" in any one direction. Dave explained his best values, on both used and new, and answered all questions in a straightforward, clear manner. I left that afternoon to make a decision with all the information presented to me. I returned tonight to buy a new car from Dave- a far cry from the used Honda I was considering weeks before. When Dave delivered the car to me, he insisted that I give him sufficient time for him to explain all the car's systems in detail, and so that I could make full use of all the capabilities this new car of mine could offer. Frankly, I hate the car buying process – the haggling back and forth is stressful. Dave laid out the pros and cons of both used and new cars I was considering. I believe I just purchased a great car and was given an honest deal with great value. More

We have purchased approximately 20 vehicles in the last thirty years. David Jurgensen is unquestionably the best sales person we have dealt with! He is a perfect 10 in our book! We just purchased our second car from him. Both were European Deliveries. He knows the program intimately and he will make sure that we will have a great experience. When I first time walked in Keystone Volvo, David Jurgensen provided me very detail and positive information about Volvo Oversea Delivery Program which is what I was looking for. I was very glad that Jurgensen provided me very detail and positive information about Volvo Oversea Delivery Program which is what I was looking for. I was very glad that I met a sales person who knows this program very well and actually participated this program himself! He was also very helpful on helping me to choose the model and options. 2 months after we submitted the order, we were on the way to Sweden! Keystone Volvo also provides very good after-sale service. Overall, that was a very pleasant experience! I'll recommend the Oversea Delivery program to anyone that's interested buying a Volvo! More

Recently, I had the most amazing customer service experience with Keystone Volvo Berwyn! While waiting for my new C70 to arrive from Sweden, my prior car, a 2010 Toyota Avalon's engine failed. Alth experience with Keystone Volvo Berwyn! While waiting for my new C70 to arrive from Sweden, my prior car, a 2010 Toyota Avalon's engine failed. Although the Avalon had 167,000 miles on it, we had been planning to use it as a third car to ease car sharing in our family. I knew it would be two to four weeks before my Volvo arrived so I called my salesman at Keystone, David Jurgensen, to see if he could assist. Dave wasn't too hopeful due to the length of time involved but asked for me to give him some time to talk to his manager, Benjamin Stein, to see what they could do. Dave called back shortly to tell me that he and Benjamin wanted to make me happy and offered the loan of a used Volvo V70 until my car arrived. When I arrived at the dealership, Benjamin couldn't have made it easier for me to pick up the loaner. The paperwork was ready and handled efficiently, and I was provided with a sparkling clean Volvo to drive until my new car arrived two days before Christmas. I was so pleased that Benjamin and David would provide such outstanding customer service to me when our relationship has just begun, but they have earned my loyalty and accolades! I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. More

I would describe our experience with Keystone Motors Berwyn as nothing short of fantastic! David is a knowledgeable and courteous salesman, totally focused on the customer; he listened to what we wanted and needed and didn't try to sell us anything other than that. When I wanted a color Volvo US does not stock in the C70, he enthusiastically recommended the international purchase program which we ended up doing and thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Sweden to pick up our car and tour the factory. After the sale, Dave has continued to be available and helpful to us; it is clear he wants a relationship and not just a transaction to meet his sales goals. More
