We traded in a 2011 Ford Fusion, which I never really liked as our family car, and got a new Volvo XC70 wagon, which is not only a great looking car, but is very comfortable to drive. Dave helped to steer me in the right direction for my best needs. I originally was set on an SUV, the XC60, but I'm much happier with the wagon. I thought that since everyone seems to be buying an SUV that I should do the same, but Dave showed me how the wagon is a better fit for us. I would not have been as happy if I had gone with my original choice. Also, Dave was persistent in finding my car in stock at a remote dealership and reserving it ahead of the other sales people who were trying to find a similar vehicle with those options. More
