Today Feb 20th i spoked to Robert In service about a battery problem!! Quoted me a 400.00 battery for a SE 2017 Toyota highlander!! I Talked to parts guy and gave him the info he asked for without ven # battery problem!! Quoted me a 400.00 battery for a SE 2017 Toyota highlander!! I Talked to parts guy and gave him the info he asked for without ven # info. He quoted a 154.00 battery!! Robert in service said to run a diagnostic to make sure it wasn't something worse!! I said ok . He lifted the hood and said that there was roaden droppings an pee on top of motor. Took it back to service came back and said no major problems. Battery was bad. I said bought this battery at Auto zone Thursday. He still said it was the battery I said ok swap it for A Toyota battery parts guy said 154.00. Service guy Robert wanted me to pay for a 400.00 battery I said no!! Im paying what parts guy quoted me. Parts guy said Robert was stupid had no idea what he was taking about!! No way its 400 00 he probably thinks its a Hybrid!! I asked parts guy are you sure its 154.00 he said yes!! Sense i dint want to pay 400.00 Robert called his manger David Jurs.I explain to him the whole cituacion but mainly that to employees from Toyota were quoting me 2 prices!! And that parts guy knows exactly how much is a battery,for the fact that he works in parts.And for that reason he had to valid the price. He said no because there was no way parts guy could quoted with out ven # !! I said that is not my problem and that I was only going to pay 154.00 But I also said Robert asked parts guy the price again without ven # ,parts guy goes typing 2017 SE Toyota Highlander and the the parts guy then said he had quoted me wrong!! No ven# But yet stating he quoted me wrong!! Again i refuse to pay 400.00. The manager David Jurs told Robert to take battery off and put my battery back on there!! I said I've been comming here for year sense 2013 bought 5 cars from them and that it was ridiculous what he was doing very unprofessional, and where was the outstanding customer service at!! He said to me if I didn't like it for me not to keep comming back and that he didn't care!! And for me to go else where!! Then I asked to speak to his boss he stepped out "looking" for his boss !! I did not work with David but could not find Joel Casper on the list. I didn’t buy my Camry from this location but since it was close I scheduled my 5k service here and was paired with Joel. He greeted me on the list. I didn’t buy my Camry from this location but since it was close I scheduled my 5k service here and was paired with Joel. He greeted me promptly and explained the 5k service covered by Toyota Care and provided me an introduction and his details for future service visits. He was friendly and efficient and I was out of there in less than an hour. Appreciate the great service Joel and look forward to working with you in the future and hope this message makes it to you. Best experience I have ever had with any dealership! Friendly knowledgeable, helpful, very good prices! Dear Mr.Jurs, On saturday 9/5, I got my Toyota Highlander Hybrid 2018 for 30K service. Your advisor, Easy, suggested that it is the most important service and I needed to do a bunch of things. I told him tha Hybrid 2018 for 30K service. Your advisor, Easy, suggested that it is the most important service and I needed to do a bunch of things. I told him that I did not want tire rotation and balance because I would be changing tires soon. He removed that and gave me an invoice of $690. I asked him why it is so expensive. He said that they were taking care of lot of things and it was important for 30K service. I was dropped home by the shuttle and when I checked with another dealer, there was factory recommended service for $189. I called Easy immediately and asked him why he had not shared the factory recommended service, and he disagreed with me. He said that he had shared factory recommended service with me when I dropped the car. I told him that he was being dishonest. I spoke to his supervisor and he sided with Easy. I have been servicing this car for more than 2 years at your dealership(and I always enjoyed visiting the place and doing my office work in the lobby, while I wait for my car). But yesterday, I was terribly hurt and sad with the lack of transparency which is backed by dishonesty by one of your advisors (and his supervisor) in your department. My family and I will no longer be visiting your dealership. Easy and his supervisor seemed to fine when I said so. Anyways, Mr.Jurs, thanks much for all the good service your department in particular, and Pat Lobb in general provided in the past. Yesterday's behavior destroyed all the good will I had.
