This was a wonderful car shopping experience. As a woman (or for anyone) it's irritating to be talked down to or for them to assume you are uneducated. With Brookfield Acura they did not do this at all! Tre (or for anyone) it's irritating to be talked down to or for them to assume you are uneducated. With Brookfield Acura they did not do this at all! Treated me respectfully. There was no pressure to buy the day I came in for a test drive. I left, took the time to think about it & called when I was ready. Purchasing it couldn't have been easier! Again no high pressure to add extra stuff. I will be back when I'm ready for another car. More

Did all of the bargaining through text messages which was awesome! Super fast and efficient at the dealership to close the deal. The only thing that rubbed me wrong was that the salesman seemed in a rush to awesome! Super fast and efficient at the dealership to close the deal.
