I was threatened today After getting low-balled on a trade in offer, I asked for my keys back. Dave said the trade in offer was fair. 2011 Suzuki Grand Vitara with under 5 After getting low-balled on a trade in offer, I asked for my keys back. Dave said the trade in offer was fair. 2011 Suzuki Grand Vitara with under 57k miles and a dent in the passenger door $650. I asked for my keys again. He left and came back without the keys. I asked for the keys again and he kept telling me it was the right price. I said I was insulted and wanted my keys and I would not do business with Strong VW. He stood up and said "do you want me to deck you". At that point I put my hands behind my back and said go ahead, I'll sue. I think was mad and started yelling. The Manager showed up immediately, had Dave taken out of the office and retrieved my keys. I couldn't believe what just happened. How do you stay in business with a salesman who acts like that. More
