Good at selling cars Bought a used car. Process was easy and didn't take very long. Was at the dealership for about an hour overall and left with the car the same day. Ret Bought a used car. Process was easy and didn't take very long. Was at the dealership for about an hour overall and left with the car the same day. Returned to buy a second vehicle and the experience was completely different and very negative. Was treated very poorly. Management is nonexistent and trying to get a hold of anyone higher than a salesman is impossible. Will not be returning here and will be recommending to all friends and family that they avoid this dealership. More

Very unprofessional and rude On June 23rd my fiance got a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta manual. I am not able to drive this car because I don't know how to drive manual... We took the car On June 23rd my fiance got a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta manual. I am not able to drive this car because I don't know how to drive manual... We took the car back on June 26th and NO one was willing to talk to us about our issue. We left the car at the dealership and have been doing everything we can to figure out how to return the car. Whether it be us getting an automatic of the Jetta or getting our old car back by them switching the process of the cars. David Keith has been very rude, he asked us to do the survey and we did. However, he was very upset about us being honest about our visit and he called us up and literally yelled at us because we gave him a bad review. He told my fiance that he should have given a better review because it's going to take a long time to fix his score at work. If he is so upset about it then he should have been much more helpful towards us and he needed to be professional about his work. We have been calling for the last few days to talk to ANY manager and they are Always out or not available. Tim Flanagan has been avoiding all over our phone calls that we have sent him. We have been very polite in our voicemail messages and he hasn't once called us it has always been David who calls back. We do NOT want to talk to David we want to talk to Tim. This process isn't a difficult process and we feel like we have been taken advantage of because we are a young couple who they felt that they could take advantage of. We are very hurt and upset that things are going down this way. We bought a car from them not too long ago and they were very helpful then but this recent experience has been the worst experience. I know after this we will NOT come back and I will make sure that I let all the people I know, know not to ever go to this Strong Volkswagen. We are going back to the dealership tomorrow to talk to ANYONE who is nice enough to help us out... More
