Made the appointment a week in advance & when I arrived the service writer (Kim) had no record it the appointment. Was told she could work my car in. I brought my Chrysler Pacifica in with a steering conce the service writer (Kim) had no record it the appointment. Was told she could work my car in. I brought my Chrysler Pacifica in with a steering concern & was told I would need to leave the car for 2 days. When I was called by Kim I was told that the diagnosis would be $199. I feel this is extremely exorbitant. After this experience I checked with other alignment shops and one had a diagnostic charge of $79.dollars and another $89. Based on this charge from Palmer I would not consider or recommend Palmer. More
