My most recent experience with Palmer Dodge service department was for an oil change. I was able to wait for the work to be done. The service technicians were friendly and courteous. They were also res department was for an oil change. I was able to wait for the work to be done. The service technicians were friendly and courteous. They were also respectful of my time. The work took less than an hour. I would highly recommend Palmer Dodge maintenance department for any work on my car in the future. More

I purchased the platinum svc package that includes free towing. I was promised tow reimbursement several times. I provided receipts and proof. Never reimbursed. While I appreciate that Palmer Dodge Jeep Ram completed the major engine-related repairs, including a full engine replacement and multiple cooling system components, the overall experience has been frustra the major engine-related repairs, including a full engine replacement and multiple cooling system components, the overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I’ve reported a persistent rattling noise numerous times directly to Kim in service, both verbally and in writing. I’ve also sent in multiple videos clearly demonstrating the issue. Despite raising this concern repeatedly over several visits, I’ve received no meaningful follow-up and the issue still has not been addressed. It has been consistently brushed off without proper inspection or explanation. Because of this ongoing lack of response, I’ve had to escalate the issue to Mopar corporate in hopes of getting it properly diagnosed and resolved without out-of-pocket expenses, especially considering it began after the engine swap performed by this dealership. Additionally, some of the services completed were never documented in my final paperwork, which I had to request several times. This lack of documentation makes it difficult to keep accurate records of what’s been done to the vehicle. While some of the staff have been courteous, the lack of follow-through, accountability, and responsiveness to reported issues, makes it hard to recommend this service center. More
