Customer Service I always service my Dodge Grand Caravan 2017 at Palmer Dodge. My previous 2006 and 1997 were also serviced at Palmer. Great Experience This is a small dealership with and Excellent Service staff I was greeted with welcoming smiles from the porters to the Advisors. I had a knocking noise from under my car and the Shop Forman came out front and said let’s take a drive and see if we can duplicate the noise. Well we did and they repaired my car that day.
