Amazing group of 1st class automotive professionals. Palmer's service center repair completely fixed the problems with my 13 year old Chrysler 300C. Impressive service professionals were thorough, paid attention to details, and persistent in their efforts to identify and fix several very elusive problems. Palmer's service advisors are exceptional, patient and highly customer oriented. Thomas Pappas in particular was amazing. On a scale of 1* (worst) to 5* (best), I would rate Thomas as a 10*! More

Thomas From start to finish, Thomas was awesome. I delayed getting my car to a dealer for service because I had poor customer service from another Dodge deal From start to finish, Thomas was awesome. I delayed getting my car to a dealer for service because I had poor customer service from another Dodge dealer. From the time Thomas answered the phone on my initial call until I went to pick up my car he was polite, he listened and was very helpful. Not sure who the other service person was that was there with Thomas when I picked up my car but he offered some useful information as well. Going forward, this will definitely be my choice for a Dodge dealer whenever I need service. More
