Unprofessional and rude. I went in to buy a battery and have it installed. Battery was 300 and they wanted to charge me an extra 180 just to put in it. It literally takes 5 I went in to buy a battery and have it installed. Battery was 300 and they wanted to charge me an extra 180 just to put in it. It literally takes 5 minutes to put a battery in. I don’t understand the outrageous price to have it installed, So I just bought the battery and when I picked my vehicle up they put the battery on my back seat instead of on the floor.(seats are white) They didn’t use the paper seat covers when they got inside my vehicle so grease and dirty stuff got all on my WHITE SEATS!!!! Then when I called to complain the first man I spoke with was super rude so when I asked to speak to the manager they had me on hold for 15 minutes only to hang up on me. Was a bad experience. Definitely will use a different Jeep dealership for my future services! More
