It took two hours to get an oil change and a tire
rotation when I had an appointment a week in advance. The excuse that was given was that they couldn’t find the wheel lock to rotate my tires. I was

I was in the waiting room the entire time and they could’ve asked me where the wheel lock was, it was right in the trunk in the side pocket. You would think, a Jeep Dealership service center would have all of the wheel lock types for every type of Jeep vehicle make and model. This wasted my time and I will get cheaper, faster oil changes elsewhere going forward.

Palmer service tax did a great job preparing my 2021 Ram
