Quick, cheap, they actually charged me less and did less than I expected needed to be done. It’s rare that you take your vehicle in for service and it has less service than expected. You should definitely know what you want them to take a look at before coming, otherwise, they will only do what you say and not look at anything else. I didn't get a new sticker to remind me of my next Oi look at before coming, otherwise, they will only do what you say and not look at anything else. I didn't get a new sticker to remind me of my next Oil Change, they just said how many miles I would need to get them changed, but who knows if I'll remember. I asked about getting a reminder and again, just every #### of miles was the answer given. They rotated my tires but didn't say anything about one of the tires air pressure being way less than the others, they had an opportunity to drive the Jeep because of an issue I actually brought up so they would have seen the tire was less than the others, nothing was said or done. I had to fill my own tire myself. There's no place to sit and wait for your car to be serviced, they get you an Uber to wherever you need to go and then get you an Uber back, but I wasn't notified of this until I was at the service center. I wish they had told me the entire process beforehand as this is my first Jeep and my first time coming here. More

They were nice and tried to make several bad mistakes better. But no one expects to have their vehicle damaged at a dealership and to make three trips to have your issue fixed. I appreciate how hard Sara better. But no one expects to have their vehicle damaged at a dealership and to make three trips to have your issue fixed. I appreciate how hard Sara my service advisor worked to try and make a bad situation better. But I left not trusting the work done to my vehicle. I was told on my second visit to resolve my problem my truck was ok to drive with the check engine light it was only a sensor only to have the truck go into limp mode a 150 miles from home and barely make it back. I do appreciate repainting the doors that the dealership scratched and damaged. However when I was concerned about another issue to have the service supervisor tell me my eco diesel engine was a bad engine and how they were not using them anymore after this year was not what a customer wants to hear from the dealership and company who sold and marketed that engine and truck. It make you feel that company sold a lemon to a sucker. No one wants to be made to feel like a sucker. I also requested to speak to the manager/owner of this dealership and was told I I would get a call when he was out of a meeting. That was 3 days ago. Everyone was nice but overcoming so many major mistakes leads you to think nice does not make up for so much incompetence. Again when the last words from the service supervisor does not address the incompetence you have experienced but rather the inferior vehicle that bears the dealership brand how can you write a good review. Sorry but this is the honest truth about my experience More
