Overall I usually have a good experience at Mandal but this time I had to wait 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change even after I had an appointment and showed up 30 minutes early. I bought my vehicle at this location and I've had no issues with my GMC since I purchased it. I've taken my car to Mandal for each oil change and maintenance service, each time I've had to ask multiple issues with my GMC since I purchased it. I've taken my car to Mandal for each oil change and maintenance service, each time I've had to ask multiple times for the carwash service. The last two times I just paid my service cost and left without the carwash because I didn't feel like asking a second time. It just feels like I'm not being listened to when I ask for additional services. More
