Price gauging In 6 months oil changes went from $80 to $150 without being notified until after car was done. I even showed them where I book appointment online and prices aren’t shown. Did a good job, friendly staff, however first advisor, Michael, didn’t do a very good job of keeping me informed about my vehicle and he ended his day without talking to me and discussing my RO. I called and was sent to Michael’s voicemail and was never told he’d left for the day. After over an hour waiting to hear from Michael I got a ride to the dealer to get my vehicle.
