Super slow, over 2. 25 hours for just an oil change. Staff was overheard making fun of another customer, very unprofessional. No follow up from the Service Director after 25 hours for just an oil change. Staff was overheard making fun of another customer, very unprofessional. No follow up from the Service Director after I sent an email with concerns. Radio display was not working after the truck came back from oil change and then they tell me I would need to leave my truck for 4 to 6 days to look at why radio display screen went blank. More
