With the amount of my service I think a personal phone call would have made me more comfortable. I appreciated Darren and David on this visit, they listened and helped me all they could. The only way I got to talk to a real person was by choosing sales in the menu because I knew I’d get to talk to a real person, I’m very sure that’s not the way you gain my confidence.
