I had an appointment at 7am. I dropped my vehicle off the night before. I called the day at 10am to get the status of my vehicle, I was told my vehicle had not been looked at and I dropped my vehicle off the night before. Called again at 3:45 vehicle was in the process of being looked at. It's unacceptable to have an appointment and not have your vehicle looked at until 8.5 hours later. Since it was so late, I then had to be put in a rental vehicle. I had to leave work early to get to the dealership to pick up the rental since I could only pick it up until 5pm. If my vehicle wasn't going to get looked at around appointment time, there's no point in an appointment. This is no reflection of the service advisor as I know it wasn't his fault, he was very informative and helpful. More

With the amount of my service I think a personal phone call would have made me more comfortable. I appreciated Darren and David on this visit, they listened and helped me all they could. The only way I got to talk to a real person was by choosing sales in the menu because I knew I’d get to talk to a real person, I’m very sure that’s not the way you gain my confidence.
