yearly service maintenance had my car service for maintenance May 30, 2018, Everything went well except the loaner car had less than 1/3 of gas. They called and said my engine was "bone dry" with no oil in the engine. How could this happen? More

FIrst Visit I recently visited Crown and worked with David Kohler. I was in the process of purchasing an ML 350 through Carvana and wanted to have it checked out I recently visited Crown and worked with David Kohler. I was in the process of purchasing an ML 350 through Carvana and wanted to have it checked out prior to finalizing the sale. David was great, gave me information for long term care and the related expenses to expect, looked further into the overall maintenance history of the vehicle to ensure it was up to date on necessary requirements to maintain the warranty, along with recommendations and pricing of extended warranty etc., that made my decision easy. I will be finalizing the purchase and look forward to working with David in the future for the servicing of my new Mercedes More
