Just took a copy of my drivers license, gave me the keys and told me to let me know what I thought of it. Negotiating was up front and easy no hidden or guesstimate numbers. Finance manager suggested and pitched an extended warranty but moved on quickly once I said I wasn’t interested. Not pushy at all. I drove away in my new truck in under 3 hours start to finish. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and experience with Steven and Herb Chambers. I love my new truck and will definitely be back for my next vehicle as long as they continue to provide this level of up front, no pressure, seamless service. More
