I purchased a used low miles loaded GMC Sierra from HC today. Steve Blackmer was the sales associate. The whole experience was new to me. No one asked how much I wanted to spend, no one shoved a credit ap today. Steve Blackmer was the sales associate. The whole experience was new to me. No one asked how much I wanted to spend, no one shoved a credit application at me the minute I arrived, the vehicle I came to see was there and no one tried to steer me to another. Steve simply took a copy of my license and threw me the keys and said try it out, let me know what you think. Respectful, friendly and professional. For the first time in my life the price was less than I had budgeted for, the tank was full and I was told I had 30 days in which to trade out if I had an issue. Thanks also to David in finance and Melonie in internet sales. I'll be back. More

I have had both vehicles serviced and although the Jeep service took much longer than what was initially indicated the people were kind and accommodating. A recent service with the Ram went very well and according to schedule. Service to both vehicles did take place during a global pandemic so all things considered I’m very satisfied with the service.
