They said they had to do it next morning then I get a call back they ordered the wrong part and had no ETA . I was outraged at this point I told them if it wasn’t fished in a timely manner I would called everyone I had to to get results .five minutes later advisor says my part is is that Napa just delivered. Then when I received my truck it has a new dent on door from being hit and my Costa Del Mar glasses are missing. Stay away from this dealer . Don’t buy from them neither so you don’t have to deal with their service department. Every single time I’ve dealt with them had been a recall or warranty so I had little choice not to deal with them More

Great dealership, great people but beware of the finance director adding extra charges and hoping you wont catch it. If she had apologized to me by e-mail or phone call I would have understand it but she director adding extra charges and hoping you wont catch it.
