Very disappointed with customer service. We have been a loyal customer for many years, and have purchased numerous vehicles, both personal & business. Over a month ago we called and talked to a salesman na loyal customer for many years, and have purchased numerous vehicles, both personal & business. Over a month ago we called and talked to a salesman named Oscar, about buying a new Dodge Ram. We told him what we were looking for and never heard back from him. We called the loyalty manager & left a message & never got a call back. A few days later, after calling again & asking to talk to the GM, they had the sales manager David Landi call me. Again told him what we were looking for & he stated he would look for one, If he could not find one we would have to order one. We have called him at the office & his cell and left numerous messages for him to call us back & explain what we need to do to order one. As of today we have not heard back. A few days ago, we tried to reach out to the GM, both by phone & an e-mail and again no response. We have no idea why they will not sell us a truck. I guess we need to go elsewhere. I guess loyalty only goes on way. It wouldn't let me submit this without a rating. I was not going to give any stars. More

Mike Sullivan was great during the check in process as we waited for my vehicle to arrive via flatbed. -I also appreciated the fact my wife felt comfortable after speaking with Mike about the repair since waited for my vehicle to arrive via flatbed. -I also appreciated the fact my wife felt comfortable after speaking with Mike about the repair since she had reservations about driving the Jeep home today. - Brian did a good job while filming my vehicle explaining the work he completed. Nice touch! - Overall from initial vehicle breakdown, roadside assistance, Chrysler care and Mike Sullivan in service could not ask for a better experience! More
