I had my car serviced and my tires rotated. My rotors were over tightened and warped. Under firm breaking my car shakes so much it is shaking the fillings out of me teeth (so to speak). Eli the sales rep was inexperienced and lack critical knowledge. The finance people, Sal and Angelo, were assertive when selling additional warranties, but less helpful when I wanted changes post purchas knowledge.
