Sales and Marc was great. Service department was exceptionally helpful. Finance was unsatisfactory. Guess my $51,000 was not enough. We're not given any copies of finance info. Have no idea when my payment is due. No idea who to contact if not received. Poor managing of dealership. No welcome by managers. Not a luxurious feeling. Damaged my car during service failed to diagnose proper repair was by reached by different dealership. Lied about car having body work in order to avoid warranty work confirmed by 3 other shops and 2 deale repair was by reached by different dealership. Lied about car having body work in order to avoid warranty work confirmed by 3 other shops and 2 dealerships no body damage occured. Wayne Pfeiffer the service manager told me because of negative survey to Lexus they wouldn't be interested in fixing anything. Avoid at all costs this place isn't interested in having customers. More
