I went to Herb Chambers of Boston to purchase my second Mini Cooper and the experience was beyond great. From the time I walked in, I talked to very nice people. The Sales agent was walking out with a cust Mini Cooper and the experience was beyond great. From the time I walked in, I talked to very nice people. The Sales agent was walking out with a customer so I politely asked him if I was in the right building, and his response was to follow him. He directed his other customer where he was supposed to be and he directed me to his desk. The discussion around the Minis was easy, no pressure. It felt like a regular conversation. I test drove the car, bought it and drove away that same day! the financing of the car was also well done, very organized. The financial agent, David, was very knowledgeable, quick, precise. Herb Chambers puts great technology tools in the hands of their employees and they know how to use it so they can answer their customers needs. Yesterday was a great experience and I made the right decision to go to Herb Chambers and will continue being a customer and will go back when it is time for me to get my 3rd Mini. More
