David Lopez was thoughtful, informative, professional, and so easy I had done enough research to THINK I wanted a MINI. I just wasn't sure what kind. David Lopez was thoughtful, informative, professional, and so easy to work with that, even though we had a MINI dealer much closer to our house, I kept going back to Herb Chambers MINI of Boston. I felt 0 pressure from David, only a helping hand. In the end, I did buy a MINI from him. Even after I bought it, David sat in the car with me for a good half hour to show me all of the bells and whistles to make sure I'd get the most out of driving it. He then called two days later to make sure I didn't have any questions. Not even my own physician does that! You can bet that, when it's time to buy a new MINI or get this one serviced, I'll go back to Herb Chambers MINI of Boston--because of this gem of a sales professional. More
