The efficiency and quality of the staff in the Service Department exceed expectations. It all starts with the easy of booking a service appointment. Driving into the service staging area it's a pleasure t Department exceed expectations. It all starts with the easy of booking a service appointment. Driving into the service staging area it's a pleasure to be immediately greeted with a promise that a service advisor will be out quickly. In less than a minute David appeared and he promptly confirmed the oil change work order and ushered me to the entrance leading to the customer waiting area. In a bit less than an hour an attendant came to me and said the work was completed. The final step in a seamless process was to meet again with David and a colleague, sign a copy of the work document, and I was on my way. The icing on the cake was the oil change was free. Buying my car from Deland Kia and getting superb service gets the highest marks. More
