Started Fine then turned HORRIBLE! I discovered my information was falsified after getting my documents from when I first signed with finance. Then after speaking with Mike Tacinelli h I discovered my information was falsified after getting my documents from when I first signed with finance. Then after speaking with Mike Tacinelli he managed to get me a better deal(working with him was fine). However the lies need to stop. My credit score dropped significantly and I'm having to get it straightened out,they got their car back but I'll never do business with them again nor would I recommend anyone else to. More

The salesperson William bent over backwards to get the deal made. But I am supposed to have 4 rug car mats and I have none. Also had to come back to dealership from 40 miles away to sign new paper work be deal made. But I am supposed to have 4 rug car mats and I have none.
