Update: It has now been 96 days since I purchased this truck, and I still do not have my registration. My bank has also not received the title. Every excuse I’ve been given points the finger at the title truck, and I still do not have my registration. My bank has also not received the title. Every excuse I’ve been given points the finger at the title company, but after more than three months, that explanation is no longer acceptable. I have purchased multiple vehicles over the years and have never dealt with a dealership this disorganized or unresponsive. I have left at least four messages for the General Manager and have not received a single return call. That level of customer service is completely unacceptable. At this point, it appears that nobody at this dealership is willing to take ownership of the problem or provide honest communication. The lack of follow-through, the constant excuses, and the complete absence of management involvement reflect very poorly on this operation. More
