Purchased a new vehicle and with a trade in car I arrived at Kelly Nissan at 11:30 AM on Friday, December 31 (New Years eve day) to look over some cars to possibly trade in a Chevy Sonic which I was I arrived at Kelly Nissan at 11:30 AM on Friday, December 31 (New Years eve day) to look over some cars to possibly trade in a Chevy Sonic which I was extremely unhappy with. I drove out of the facility at approximately 5:30 PM with a 2014 Nissan Altima that drives like a dream car. David was courteous, kept me informed during the whole process and did not try to sell me a vehile which did not meet my criteria and expectations. It looked solely for what I was interested in and stuck within the range of vehicles that met the payment amount I was willing to pay and could afford. He and his manager worked magic to get me that car financed since I had so much negative equity on the 2012 Chevy Sonic. I am so grateful that I went to that dealership and it was the best experince I've had in the entire life with a car dealership and I have financed at least 5 vehicles in my lifetime. Thanks to David and his hard work, he made me New Year magical when I drove off that lot with my dream car, I would highly recommend this dealership to all. More

Horrific nightmare experience! I was notified by Kelly after posting on True Car. Sara called me twice and sent emails. After seeing 3 other dealers I called Sara and told her I w I was notified by Kelly after posting on True Car. Sara called me twice and sent emails. After seeing 3 other dealers I called Sara and told her I wanted to lease a 2015 Sentra. She assured me that Kelly could meet that any offered price. I made an apt. and went with my husband the same night. Upon arriving and being greeted by David and Sara, I was told that the price for leasing the car was $199 a month. I explained that I came to Kelly because I was assured that Kelly would meet or beat the $185 price. David then told me that I was not telling the truth because he had a recording of the call with Sarah. I told him to produce it and he told me he had printed out a copy of the call which said I agreed to $199 a month. I told him to bring a recording of the call and a manager. The manager from xxxx, John Murray sat down with us and told us we were lying. He said he did not have to let us hear the recording because Sara had printed out the transcript. This got terrible ugly. We left after being told we were liars and terrible people. We bought a car the next day at Colonial Nissan in Medford. We were treated like valued customers and got the lease for $185 including taxes fees and license cost. Kelly in Woburn (John Murray) told us anyone who told us they could lease us a 2015 with no money down was lying to us. The people we came in contact with at Kelly were a nightmare and made one wish they could shower as soon as possible. We told our friends about this experience and they told us they had similar experiences with those people. BEWARE of David, John and Sarah at Kelly Nissan. More

When I walked in the door, David Macloon was waiting to greet me, even though I had j I went to Kelly Nissan to look at a used car I had seen online. When I walked in the door, David Macloon was waiting to greet me, even though I had just shown up without an appointment. There was no standing around awkwardly waiting for someone to come over. The car I had seen on the dealership's website was available for me to test drive, as advertised. I had shopped around prior to coming to Kelly, and found the used vehicle was listed at a fair price; it was lower than comparable vehicles elsewhere, so there was no need to worry about too much haggling. David could not have been nicer and easier to work with. He got me a fair deal on my trade, and made the whole process move quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with my new car! More
