Work This May 2018 purchase of our X2 was our 5th purchase from Leith BMW in the past 10 years - our 3rd purchase from David Malette, our salesman. Working w/David is always a real pleasure - he’s a top notch professional AND knows all of the details of all the BMW’s. David is always patient with me and doesn’t “push.” He answers all of my questions and doesn’t direct us in any direction...ie, which BMW is right for us - he presents the info and lets us decide. Once we decided which BMW to purchase and which options we wanted the “negotiations” were smooth and easy - again, no “pushing,” which I appreciate. (I’m retired now, but, I was a salesman for 45 years.so I’ve seen all types of salesmen - some/many of which are all “hype” and “push.” David is the opposite) Also we worked w/Colleen on the final paperwork - this is the 3rd - or maybe 5th time - that we’ve worked with her. Colleen is similar to David - professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We will continue to be “married” to Leith BMW. More

Above and beyond service I had to get towed into Leith BMW later in the day after work to get service after breaking down on the highway. Unfortunately the service department I had to get towed into Leith BMW later in the day after work to get service after breaking down on the highway. Unfortunately the service department was closed so I couldn’t get a loaner to drive back home. Without taking no for an answer one of their sales guys David personally gave me a ride back to my place without expecting anything in return.
