The end result was a happy one. Braeger was trying hard to locate a specific vehicle for us. The vehicles that were located were either sold already or could not be obtained. Worst customer service at a dealership. I spent over 2 hours at the dealership. During that time the salesman Josh did not do a walk around the vehicle with me nor did he show me anything a I spent over 2 hours at the dealership. I asked about setting up my phone and he told me it was done and when I left the dealership it was not done. When he was in the office he left to make coffee and was gone a long time. He took me out to the car had me push the on star button and he left me to set it up. During his time of setting up my chevrolet he left the office and I set it up myself on my phone. He answered messages on his cell phone. Made me feel like he had no time for me. A friend was with me. She lives in Milwaukee and commented on what poor customer service this was. More

They know how to treat you! I was looking for a new car since my lease on my current car was almost up. I went thru a USAA and they sent a message to Braeger. I ended up receivin I was looking for a new car since my lease on my current car was almost up. I went thru a USAA and they sent a message to Braeger. I ended up receiving a message from David the new car manager and after texting about what I wanted to spend on a car he helped and paid off my current lease and got me lower then the budget I was hoping for. Willie the salesman was awesome as well and there was no pressure with either of them. It was refreshing to walk into a dealer who actually cares about what you want not just what they want to sell you. Leo in finance was very nice as well. More

Help with buying out my lease! David Maneage made contact with me after I called to see how to purchase my leased vehicle. He spoke with me to try and find out what I was really looking for if I really wanted to purchase the vehicle or I wanted to get into a new lease. He took the time to hear me out to see what MY needs were. I really appreciate him not pushing a newer more expensive lease on me when he knew that is not what I wanted. He made the transition to purchasing my new vehicle smooth. He even offered to vacuum out the car for me himself. I also worked with Leo, he made the purchase of my vehicle go smooth and quick. He introduced all my extra options on the loan without pressure to purchase. He also did an awesome job to make sure I stayed within my budget which was the most important thing to me. If you are ever at this dealership I highly recommend working with both these individuals they are very customer friendly and personable. More
