I have been dreading purchashing a new vehicle and putting it off, but Dave made the experience painless. He dealt with me being indecisive. I had to come back more than once. I wanted to see what else was out there, and nothing topped what Dodge had to offer. Dave didn't hesitate to let me drive and check out as many cars as I wanted until I figured out the right one. He worked with me financially to get me to a price point I was comfortable with. The people behind the scenes went above and beyond to call the banks and to try to get me the most for my trade in. Dave answered my million questions and always with a smile on his face. This made this experience much better than I had anticipated! Don't give them your business I came into this dealership last December looking at a new Jeep, the salesman I had contacted didn't even show up for my scheduled test drive and th I came into this dealership last December looking at a new Jeep, the salesman I had contacted didn't even show up for my scheduled test drive and the one that handed me the keys basically told me to deal with the other guy as they don't work on commission. My feeling is they do as little as possible because they don't receive commission. Anyway after all this I returned just before the 4th of July looking at a new Dodge Journey, I was very clear to the salesman that I didn't have the funds available for the down-payment for 2 weeks, he told me that they could hold the check for 2 weeks until the funds were available. After some negotiations and me walking out once because they wouldn't budge on their high price I came back in the next day signed the papers and drove my new car home. All good right? Wrong, 2 days later I check the bank account to see that they cashed my check! So not only did it bounce, 3 other checks bounce as well. I'm so frustrated! I go to the dealership at 9 pm to straighten this out. After being there for over an hour I did get a check for the deposit I made as well as the overdraft fees for only the check they cashed. They took full responsibility and apologized but didn't offer me anything else, the manager asked if I could bring a check by tomorrow and I asked if he would pay for my gas to drive out there ( 20 miles 1 way) since this was my third time there in 4 days, or a free car wash or something. Truly I wish I had turned the keys in and got my trade in back to take my hard earned money somewhere else. I suggest you do the same! More

To make a long story short, Bettenhausens pricing and valuation of my trade far exceeded the other dealerships we shopped. There were no hidden costs or smoke and mirrors. At the conclusion of the sale, Heather graciously walked us through the options on our new vehicle and offered her assistance for any questions or concerns in the future. This was truly the best car buying experience we have had in our many years of purchasing vehicles. More
