I’ve bought 3 cars from Dave Martinez. He was my first contact with bettenhausen, and man what a positive experience. Dave is honest and hard working. He’s straight up, no bs and no drama. He’s knowledgeable but if he can’t answer your question, he doesn’t just say “yes”. He will tell you he doesn’t know but he will research or find someone who does. It’s incredible. I’ve never had a salesperson get back to me or follow up the way he does. I love that Bettenhausen is no haggle. They just give you a good price for the car you want and a decent deal on your trade. Anyway Dave is great. Very detailed oriented. When I ordered my Jeep from him and we were looking it over he remembered that I’m not a fan of dealer stickers on the pint and he noticed it was on there before I did. He had a guy remove it and washed it. Couldn’t believe it. He also kept my window sticker super crisp and clean for me. Bottom line I’d buy cars from Dave all day long. Easy, fast, no bs. More

Cody Novick was also very professional, knowledgable and polite. He is the delivery specialist. Past cars that I have purchased you would get the keys and the owners manual. This was new to me and very helpful. He explained all of the jeeps features, answered my questions, set up my blue tooth etc. I went to the dealership trying to learn more about the jeep options, my trade in value etc. Dave Martinez helped me sort through everything and get to a comfort level that I purchased the Jeep.
