Buying my Ram truck at Bettenhausen was a pleasant experience. I was prepared to negotiate with the dealer and had my facts and figures in order. It became apparent to me rather quickly that there would be little need to negotiate. Dave Martinez, my sales manager, offered me a price that I was willing to pay and we shook hands. Dave answered my questions and followed-up with me promply. He took the time to review the operations of my Ram and even setup my Blackberry for hands-free use. I appreciate this because I am oftentimes on the phone. Good job Dave and the same to your staff. I highly recommend them. More

I walked into the dealership to start the car buying process and was lucky enough to meet with David Martinez, the sales manager. I told him up front that I do not like "high pressure" sales tactics an process and was lucky enough to meet with David Martinez, the sales manager. I told him up front that I do not like "high pressure" sales tactics and would probably walk away if that happened. We instantly "clicked" and he was very informative and helpful. I walked away with the necessary information and subsequently purchased the car from him a few days later. It was a very pleasant experience (and usually I hate buying a car). I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a Dodge. He stood by his word in everything he said and more. I hope we continue to be as pleased with the car as we are with him! My 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan was totaled in an accident. Before I received official word that the van was totaled, I went out to look at new vans so I would have an idea about what to expect. I went to the dealer closest to my house and the salesman tried to get me to buy a new van that day even after I told him I didn't know for sure that the original van was totaled. He never looked for anything other than what was on his lot. I didn't even realize that he could do it. He just wanted me to buy now and off of his lot. I went to Bettenhausen and met Dave Martinez. I told Dave what I didn't need in a van that they had on their lot. He immediately looked online for a van that fit my description. He also said that I could buy whenever I needed to and applied no pressure to buy that day. After buying a van from Dave at Bettenhausen I noticed that a feature that I thought was included with this van wasn't. I called him up and asked him about it. He called me back a couple of hours later after setting an appointment for me so they could put it into the van. Even with this mistake Dave and Bettenhausen came through for me. I am recommending to my friends and family to take their business to Bettenhausen when they need a car. More

My experience at Bettenhausen Dodge/Ram was beyond excellent. Mr. Gerardo Rangel was very informative to my questions and was able to work with me on purchasing a new vehicle. Mr. David Martinez was my sales representative and he went above and beyond my expectations in this matter. He was friendly and knowledgeable between purchasing and leasing a vehicle. I was able to test drive 2 cars without any worry or hurry. My parents were also with me and they both were able to speak Spanish so that they can understand the situation. It was really nice, not interpreting for them. As I was waiting, I felt right at home. The whole environment was welcoming. I enjoyed my experience and would recommend this place to all of my friends and family. More

I have bought three vehicles from Bettenhausen and will go back again. Their prices are great, but I consider that only part of the reason I keep going back. Service is very important to me. I walked in the dealership with my wife expecting to deal with another jerk carsalesman. I was approached by David with a smile, he stared answering questions and doing everything to make my visit as pain fr with another jerk carsalesman.
