As soon as I walked into Dodge I was greeted by the sales manager David. He was very pleasant and showed interest in the car that I wanted. He was not pushy or over eager. Not even 5 minutes later I was able to test drive the car I wanted with the color, trim, and price I wanted. The first car I test drove was the car I purchased. David made sure that my car had a full interior and exterior detail and threw in a free oil change. He was friendly and was prepared to do whatever he could to make me as the customer happy. We had looked at a Dart at our local dealership and were not happy with the customer service, the number of Darts on the lot, and the deal they offered. Also, we didn't appreciate the fact that the salesman came with us when we test drove the car. Dave found the car we were looking for right away, had it washed and told us to take it for a drive for as long as we needed. We appreciated the fact that we could test drive the car without a salesman in the back seat. Dave let the car sell itself. He didn't have to give us the hard sell to want to buy the car. Dave presented us with many options for financing so that we could drive the car back to Pella. The drive back to Pella was great in my new Dart. We love the car and all the features it has for the price. I have already recommended Bettenhausen Dodgeto to other people and hope that Dave gets more business because of our recommendation. More

It was by chance that we ended up at Bettenhausen's, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. My wife had purchased three cars from the Saturn dealer that had formerly occupied the location that is but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Bettenhausen has continued that tradition. I was greeted warmly by Dave Martinez who was extremely courteous and quite helpful, without being pushy. Once I had chosen a truck, the purchase process was as quick and as smooth as any I have ever encountered. I got a fair price for my trade and was given a great no hassle price on the new truck. Dave also helped make sure that I got all of the incentives available at the time of purchase including one that I had no idea existed. Thanks for a great experience. I visited a few dodge dealerships and liked the fact that bettenhausen was very hassle free. My experience was much different than I remember in the past when I really hated buying a new car because the sale bettenhausen was very hassle free. At bettenhausen, they were very hands off and let you look at your leisure without making you feel uncomfortable. They were also up front on their price, so there was not alot of haggling to do. I worked with Dave Martinez, and bought a 2013 Dodge Durango. Dave was very friendly and patient with answering all my questions. We factory ordered our vehicle and were happy that it only took about 4 weeks. Dave kept us informed throughout the process. I feel I recieved a very fair and strong price on my new vehicle, an excellent price for my trade-in, and Dave was able to match the financing rate I found online. I have my new car and I am very happy with it and confident that if any issues arise that Bettenhausen will take care of it for me. I would definitely recommend Dave and Bettenhausen Dodge to anyone in the market for a new car, especially a Dodge. More
