When meeting this new dealership that had taken over the previous owner, there was some concern about how much will they be able to take good care my automobile since buying it was a lot different than what previous owner, there was some concern about how much will they be able to take good care my automobile since buying it was a lot different than what I was expecting. Many good things to say here and will Keep it short, excellent dealership in its service and quality verses quantity seems right on for stable and concrete delivery and good customer care. The ease of making a service appointment, and then changing it to an earlier time to fit my schedule was really great! Checking in for my service was fast and easy. I was kept informed of who to con changing it to an earlier time to fit my schedule was really great! Checking in for my service was fast and easy. I was kept informed of who to contact while waiting for my car. I received a very detailed report and video of what was looked at on my car and what was highly recommended to be serviced now or later, along with prices. It gave the option to accept or decline the recommendations. I received a notification when my vehicle was done and the checkout was very easy. Everyone was so polite and friendly! I highly recommend coming here for any service needs. More

My experience with Shottenkirk Toyota San Antonio was incredible. Didn’t feel the pressure like most dealerships. Never felt rushed to make a decision.
