I scheduled a meeting with Kylee and gave her a few vehicles I wanted to look at. I walked in and someone offered me a drink and we walked the lot. She had me test drive a few very different vehicles vehicles I wanted to look at. I walked in and someone offered me a drink and we walked the lot. She had me test drive a few very different vehicles and helped me rule out a handful just by the details she dug up and how she was comparing them with confidence. You would have never known she was only a few months into the job because she is well versed on the features of vehicles. I was tough on her during negotiations but she landed on a number we both agreed on and she even came back and added a bonus ite. Next stop financing David O'Daniel was easy to talk to and relate to. He made the financing an easy process and made sure I had a good warranty. He stayed after hours without a complaint and still full of energy. I've always had great service with their service department also. Nothing but honesty and respect for the people they are working with and I appreciate that approach.
