Great overall experience. I live in Chattanooga (went to college in Johnson City) and drove over 200 miles to get a car from Champion. They had the vehicle I wanted and my dad had previously had a good exp college in Johnson City) and drove over 200 miles to get a car from Champion. They had the vehicle I wanted and my dad had previously had a good experience purchasing a truck from Champion. I dealt with the internet sales manager, Dave Palmer. He was very friendly, straight forward and helpful. We agreed on a price and I made the trip to Johnson City on a Friday afternoon. The vehicle was washed, waxed, and ready to go when I got there. He even already had the paperwork filled out so that it would not take as long. Furthermore, he was thoughtful enough to refrain from putting a dealer sticker on the car since I will likely have it serviced at the Chevy dealer in Chattanooga. Better yet, there was no need to haggle about the price and they didn't try to pull any tricks with added fees or junk like that. They were even able to get me a lower APR on the loan than my bank. I highly recommend the dealership and the sales person. I'm very picky about my vehicles and don't like to put up with a lot of B.S. from sales people so it was definitely worth the drive to work with Champion. More
