Great service great staff My spouse and I both work and are very busy. WM staff contacted the bank to get the loan and done all the work for us. It was very easy. We test drove the vehicle Saturday and told the salesman we were interested, Tuesday came around and we were signing papers on the vehicle. We were in and out within a hour/ hour and half. Walt Massey employees are good people who are honest and look out to help their customers. Mr David Parnell answered any questions we had while test driving the vehicle, he is a very nice guy. Down to earth professionalism I have shopped quite a bit for vehicles in my life time and have visited multiple dealerships while doing so. I can't say that I have always knew exactly what I wanted but most of the time I did. Salespeople who pressure you into a purchase has always been a turn off to me. I can't say I experienced this at Walt Massey. My salesman David P. knew just how to handle a customer like myself. He didn't beat around the bush when discussing the price of the truck. He and his team gave me the best deal right off the bat. Financials was very easy to deal with as well. She did not appear nor attempt to steer me in the wrong direction. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
