I wanna say how disappointed I am with Lia Toyota. I was nothing but clear with Lasharie and David about the vehicle I wanted and the price I came in for. I asked for an out the door price in paperwor I was nothing but clear with Lasharie and David about the vehicle I wanted and the price I came in for. I asked for an out the door price in paperwork and I was texted an image from a different phone number as assurance — but now I am realizing the paperwork was a fake to get me to come in. We drove 90 minutes each way to come get our family’s first new car and right away there was “an error” where we could either: (a) pay more for a car we didn’t ask for, or (b) buy a car sign unseen. That really sucks and plays into the terrible reputation that car salespeople have rightfully earned. It was a big trust breaker. Hared my experience here. Don't trust them. Go to Carvana instead.
