Service was scheduled online with all requests, including a brake recall. After waiting for the duration of service (oil change and quote for front light) I was told that the part for the recall had to be or a brake recall. After waiting for the duration of service (oil change and quote for front light) I was told that the part for the recall had to be ordered and someone would get in touch. I should have been notified before coming in that the part wasn’t available. The rep didn’t review any other notes from the service and no one has followed ip regarding the recall part yet. Not the best customer service and wouldn’t have appreciated coming to service when the recall part was available. More

Was given pricing via text from internet salesman, but when I got to the dealership (drove 4 hours one way), they were a couple thousand dollars of add ons the salesman “failed” to mention, and the on-sit when I got to the dealership (drove 4 hours one way), they were a couple thousand dollars of add ons the salesman “failed” to mention, and the on-site salesman and manager would not honor the pricing I was stated IN WRITING VIA TEXT!! We were quite disheartened by this. We did end up purchasing the vehicle anyway, but felt like we were “lured” in with the lower numbers, so it kind of left a bad taste in our mouth about this dealership. Would I buy another vehicle from them?…Probably not. Oh! And it took TWO WEEKS for them to pay off my trade?…Why could that possibly be?… More

I would recommend the dealership, they were responsive and helpful, but there were a few frustrating issues during the process. Things that I thought were done, came back and had to be re-done. I understand they were using new credit union for the financing, but I kept getting the wrong information given to me, which meant more work, at a time I did not have the time to deal with it. Little things in the service that I expect, were just not done, and I felt like there were just a lot of delays. I am taking one star away for the issues that came up, and the timing of those issues, but they did get me in a car at a time when cars are hard to come by. I can't give 5 stars, but I would recommend the dealership. More
