I tend to find what I want on the internet, send a couple emails and then show up to buy it, so I appreciate people willing to do business that way. Found the truck on their website with a great price, sent a couple emails and went in a few days later to buy it. Trade offer was less than I wanted, so I kept it and sold it myself - no problems there. Buying process went smoothly, and David and Kara were great to work with. I get my service done at a different dealer since it is close to home, but for buying it is worth the drive out to Lakeville. More

Friendly, pressure free, good value, teamwork I came in to look at a used truck a couple of weeks earlier but decided not to buy then. I checked back with Paul to let him know I was rethinking the diesel and he told me there were several and prices were good due to several dealer incentives. I came down the next day and because Paul was with another customer, Dave took over with me. After taking a truck for a drive and talking for 30 minutes I decided to buy. Both Dave and Paul were great to work with. I got a good deal without the haggling typically required. They handed me off to Kara for financing and she also did a nice job explaining things and getting me out the door. My only complaint is the 45 minutes I had to wait between agreeing to purchase and when I could meet with Kara to sign the paperwork. More

2018 Dodge Ramp Big Horn. Saw vehicle online so we drove up with status of in transit - showed up and it was sold - then finding same options at the same price was a bit diffic Saw vehicle online so we drove up with status of in transit - showed up and it was sold - then finding same options at the same price was a bit difficult but David P. found one with a couple more options. Just wish inventory was up to day - that was frustrating. In the clean up - well re removed items like rubberbands and couple other items and we missed the left over part of a stock which will be removed when we go to dealer when items we are adding are due to come in. More

I went in knowing what I wanted - the same car just a new model- so rather than try to sell me something I didn’t want he informed me of the updates and changes between what I had and the new version. It was great that he was knowledgeable on the vehicle and the purchasing process, and helped me with everything. Him and his team got me the vehicle I wanted, at a better financing rate than my bank offered, in a single visit. Overall great! More
